Diaceutics CEO, Peter Keeling, approached Directorbank’s Graham Jones to source an experienced Chair to steer the Board and support the company in evolving its business model to maximise new growth opportunity.
Following the pivotal launch of Diaceutics’ DXRX platform, the successful candidate would have extensive experience of scaling up technology platform-based organisations together with strong commercial skills gained in one or more of Diaceutics’ key international markets.
With support from Researcher Emily Wells, a thorough mapping exercise was completed backed up by analysis of, and referrals from, Directorbank’s proprietary network. Following in-depth interviews, eight candidates were presented to the Diaceutics team from which three exceptional individuals were shortlisted.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, technology platforms such as Zoom were fully embraced to ensure the search remained fully on track. Deborah Davis, a consummate business leader, was the preferred candidate and successfully appointed to the position.
Deborah brings extensive global experience of delivering growth from a 25+ year career spanning software, fintech, telecoms, e-commerce and platform-based businesses.
