Neil has 15 years’ experience within recruitment, with a focus across C-suite and senior management positions, having completed searches at Board level for Chair, NED, CEO, CFO and COO roles. He started his career with Page Group and has spent the last 5 years in Search. In his previous role at Drax Executive, Neil focused on PE-backed Accountancy, Legal, Corporate Services and Human Capital portfolio companies. Prior to this, he worked across PR, Communications and specialist advisory at Hanson Search. Neil’s specialism is in identifying and placing executives within portfolio companies, working closely with PE investors and their Boards on leadership assessment, succession planning and value-creation hires.
