Felicitas is a Consultant in Directorbank’s Frankfurt office. She joined the team in 2022 as a researcher and has been involved in various C-level and Chair searches across industries. Felicitas is involved in the complete project management from defining the search strategy, sourcing and qualifying relevant candidates – for both senior executive and non-executive roles – through to client and candidate management.

Prior to Directorbank, she was employed at Peter Jungen Holding GmbH as assistant to the manager where she oversaw project-related tasks and supported the management in organisational and administrative issues.
