Our business developed initially in the private equity sector, where our clients were seeking the most capable directors to lead or join management teams in existing portfolio businesses or targets of new deals. Often, clients required us to identify candidates who were immediately available – and this in turn led us to seek out serial entrepreneurs and exiting buy-out managers who were looking for the next deal.

We are now retained by over 60 private equity firms, who have access to our candidate information of 2,500 high achieving directors.
