TAILORED CLIENT EVENTS
Alongside our industry-renowned Sector Dinner programme, we regularly organise events on behalf of our clients. Fully tailored to specific requirements, these exclusive events provide an unrivalled platform from which to initiate or develop relationships with a focused group of industry professionals.
 
All tailored events are fully managed by our in-house Event Manager, who has a years’ of experience across the private equity sector. In addition, the appropriate sector/function head and Directorbank’s research team provides valuable support to ensure the guest list is strong and highly targeted.
 
Examples of past tailored events include a small, focused IT and Communications dinner for Taylor Wessing, a Venture Capital networking event for Brown Rudnick, and a series of sector driven dinners for Vitruvian Partners focussing on Software, E-commence and Financial Services.

On your behalf, our Event Manager will:
  • Liaise with you to understand your exact requirements and targets for the invitation list
  • Liaise with relevant Directorbank Sector/Function Head to identify key invitees
  • Liaise with Directorbank’s research team to identify targets outside existing network
  • Work with you to finalise the invitation list
  • Send out branded invitations, monitor responses and chase/follow up where appropriate
  • Compile a comprehensive guest list including career history
  • Create and supply name badges
  • Distribute any necessary information to guests prior to the event
  • Liaise with the venue to ensure correct format, catering and branding
  • Source relevant guest speaker/s when required
  • Send out a branded follow up communication on your behalf
