Directorbank banks on a new Director

Headhunter Ross Monro has been appointed a non-executive director of Directorbank, the Leeds-based online recruitment firm which provides executive and non-executive directors to the venture capital industry for MBIs and start-ups.

Ross has nearly twenty years experience in senior level executive recruitment, most recently as Managing Partner of Theaker Monro & Newman, a highly successful niche business which partnered a wide range of 'blue chip' corporate clients, both in the UK and internationally. TMN was sold to TMP Executive Resourcing in May 1999.

Ross is a graduate of Oxford University and Warwick Business School. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). He lives in Knutsford, Cheshire.
