Whilst it is our clients who pay for our services, we feel it is an important part of our role to help and support candidates in several ways:
- organising a range of networking events (in London and regionally)
- organising various sector-specific events
- organising conferences with a focus on the private equity sector
- providing an online channel through which registered candidates can be approached by clients with regard to deal origination, due diligence, consultancy projects in addition to recruitment opportunities
A dangerous thing?
A little knowledge may be a dangerous thing, but having no knowledge at all is reckless in the extreme!
This is particularly so for candidates hoping to find an opportunity in a private equity backed business. Over and above the usual rigours of any executive recruitment process, these candidates also have to cope with:
- a prolonged search for the right opportunity
- a rigorous referencing and due diligence regime
- assessing a personal investment in the business
- risk that our client’s transaction may not complete
